Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I request a tutor?
Yes, we use a completely secure SSL merchant account system that encrypts your credit card number and personal information while in transit with 128 bit encryption. No one will be able to view your personal information.
How much does this cost?
Tutor sessions are $45.00 per hour. Costs per hour decrease when purchasing our recommended Grand Slam package or if teaming up with a "buddy".
Do the tutors have background checks?
Yes, each tutor must successfully pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screening.
What is the refund policy?

Where will the training sessions take place?
We will come to you. Typically, the sessions will take place at a local park or school near your home. We will also use various indoor facilities around Central Ohio when weather dictates. We can tutor your son or daughter in your backyard if you prefer.
What should I bring to the training sessions?
The proper clothing to fit the sport your playing. Also bring a ball or the equipment that you use to participate.
I've signed up, now what?
If you have signed up through our secure web-site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. You will receive a call from your tutor within 24 hours to schedule the first training session.
Will I be able to pick my tutor for training?
We want you to be with the tutor that best suits you needs and you can request a tutor but if that tutor is not available we will assign one. All of our tutors will provide expert teaching and you will be pleased with the results.
